UK Mainland Delivery

 Fahrenheit ships throughout the UK, EU and the United States. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Orders placed during the week and before midday will typically be shipped within 48 hours, orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

​Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all products within 2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. All orders placed after midday may be sent the following working day. If you do not receive your delivery within the specifies time scale, please contact us via e-mail at sales@fahrenheitequipment.com

Express Delivery

We aim to dispatch all products within 2 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and you should receive your product within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive your delivery within the specified time scale, please contact us via e-mail at sales@fahrenheitequipment.com

International Delivery

All international deliveries will be dispatched within 2 working days.  Delivery typically takes between 7-10 working days for all international deliveries. If you do not receive your delivery, please contact us via e-mail at sales@fahrenheitequipment.com

Delivery Exceptions

For customers who live in more remote parts of the UK, there are some exceptions.

The below areas are excluded from the delivery guarantee:

Returns​

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in resalable condition with tags attached. We are currently unable to exchange items and will refund products returned to us under the policy above.

Please note, we are not able to accept returns for used items unless the product is faulty or damaged. We advise that you use a recorded courier service to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service team, and package the goods in their original packaging in an unused condition with any product tags intact. Secure the package and clearly display the return address on the package. Please ensure that you obtain and retain the proof of posting. The cost of delivery is non-refundable and is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of the return delivery.

Warranty

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes things go wrong. We stand behind all our products. Our Fahrenheit Promise covers the original owner for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing faults, poor workmanship and/or materials. All our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, so it gives you peace of mind that you are buying a quality product that will last a lifetime. We are confident that the quality of our products are the best they can be so we guarantee every product with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty covers manufacturing defects to the original product purchased. The warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, including dents, scratches, rips, chips or accidental damage or accidents. When purchasing your item from the online store, you enter into a contract of sale. All Fahrenheit products come with a guarantee that covers the original owner, with proof of purchase, for the usable lifetime of the product. We are aware that from time to time faults can appear; should a product fail due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, we will repair the item free of charge or replace it at our discretion. Failure to produce proof of purchase invalidates your warranty. Products that are damaged as a result of an accident, wear and tear, improper care or negligence, or the natural breakdown of materials over time, even if accelerated by environmental conditions, are excluded from the warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Fahrenheit. We will then cover the shipping costs back to you if the item is deemed to be faulty. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process the warranty claim and if you are outside of the UK then, please allow additional time but we will endeavour to process all claims as quickly as possible. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please note the Fahrenheit Lifetime Guarantee only applies to the original owner of the item when purchased through the Fahrenheit website. Proof of purchase will be required.
