UK Mainland Delivery
Fahrenheit ships throughout the UK, EU and the United States. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Orders placed during the week and before midday will typically be shipped within 48 hours, orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all products within 2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. All orders placed after midday may be sent the following working day. If you do not receive your delivery within the specifies time scale, please contact us via e-mail at info@fahrenheit.uk.com
Express Delivery
We aim to dispatch all products within 2 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and you should receive your product within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive your delivery within the specified time scale, please contact us via e-mail at info@fahrenheit.uk.com
International Delivery
All international deliveries will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes between 7-10 working days for all international deliveries. If you do not receive your delivery, please contact us via e-mail at info@fahrenheit.uk.com
Delivery Exceptions
For customers who live in more remote parts of the UK, there are some exceptions.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in resalable condition with tags attached. We are currently unable to exchange items and will refund products returned to us under the policy above.
Please note, we are not able to accept returns for used items unless the product is faulty or damaged. We advise that you use a recorded courier service to return your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service team, and package the goods in their original packaging in an unused condition with any product tags intact. Secure the package and clearly display the return address on the package. Please ensure that you obtain and retain the proof of posting. The cost of delivery is non-refundable and is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of the return delivery.
Warranty
Every batch we produce is tested for quality and consistency before it reaches you. What's on the label is what's in the product — no exceptions. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Our promise covers:
Faulty or damaged products — if your sachets or tub arrive damaged, torn, or compromised in transit, we'll replace them free of charge. Quality issues — if a batch doesn't meet our own quality standards (for example, incorrect mixing, contamination, or a manufacturing fault), we'll replace it or refund you in full. Incorrect orders — if we send you the wrong product or flavour, we'll cover the cost of getting the right one to you. To make a claim, please contact us at info@fahrenheit.uk.com within 30 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a photo of the affected product where possible. We'll aim to resolve every claim within a few working days. This promise covers manufacturing and quality issues only. It doesn't cover products that have been opened and used, stored incorrectly (e.g. in heat, direct sunlight, or damp conditions), or consumed past their best-before date.
